Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Trust OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
Trust OS provides a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform including: compliance monitoring, evidence collection, risk assessment, intelligence feeds, and runtime defense capabilities as defined in your subscription plan.
3. User Obligations
You agree to: maintain accurate account information, safeguard credentials, use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, and not reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
4. Service Level Agreement
Platform availability targets: Starter 99.5%, Professional 99.9%, Enterprise 99.99%. Credits apply for verified downtime exceeding SLA thresholds as defined in your order.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to data you submit. Trust OS obtains a license to process data solely for service delivery. We do not use customer data for model training without explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. Neither party liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or statutory rights.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Data exported within 60 days post-termination. Continued use after material terms update constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration per JAMS rules.
