Your data is used exclusively to: operate and maintain the Trust OS platform, process transactions, send administrative notifications, enforce security policies, and comply with legal obligations.

We never sell personal data. Usage data is aggregated and anonymized for platform improvement.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We share data only with: authorized subprocessors bound by GDPR-compliant DPA terms, law enforcement when legally required, and during business transfers with strict confidentiality covenants.

4. Data Security

All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access logged and audited. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, and FedRAMP certified.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may: access, correct, export, or delete your data. Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
